Ingredients

  • 500g of fine semolina 
  • 3 tablespoons of powdered milk (50g)

  • ½ glass of oil (125ml) 
  • 1 tablespoon of baker's yeast (15g) 
  • 1 tablespoon of sugar (20g) 
  • 1 teaspoon of salt (5 g) 
  • Water for kneading

Preparation

- Mix all the dry ingredients in a mixing bowl. 
- Mix yeast and sugar with a little water and reserve.
- Mix the remaining ingredients and knead by adding water gradually. 
- At half the kneading, add the yeast and continue to knead until obtaining a soft paste.
- Let the bread stand in a warm place, vent the dough and let the bread stand a second time.
- Form your bread, pass it in the average semolina and put to cook in an oven preheated to 185° for 25mn.
