- In a pot, fry the chicken with the onions, chickpeas, spices and oil, then cover with water and cook - As soon as the chicken is cooked, remove it from the pot, add the chopped meat and let cook by adding a little water - Remove the minced meat, and the chickpeas from the cooking sauce and reserve it all - In a frying pan, put the tlitli to cook with oil and stir constantly, then cook it in boiling water for 10mn - Take a round cake pan and place in the bottom the chicken, the chickpeas, the minced meat, then the tlitli, successively. Water with the meat’s cooking sauce and let rest for 15 minutes before unmolding
